If you, like me, are heavily reliant on Mental Health Law Online to locate cases and resources, and for general gossip and information, you might be interested to know that the Annual Review for 2014 is now available in paperback for the very reasonable price of £10 (a kindle version for £3 will be available and earlier versions are also available at a lower price). Produced by Jonathan Wilson, who runs MHLO, the review covers all the important mental health and capacity law cases from last year as well as wider developments such as the House of Lords Committee on the Mental Capacity Act. 2014 certainly was a momentous year in mental capacity law, so it’s handy to be able to look back at developments as they happened.
Also, whilst we’re on the subject of MHLO, I love the new look!
[Update: Jonathan has added a new page to MHLO where you can read the review online and purchase earlier versions]
